Harold Ryder is dedicated to giving back to his commuunity. Los Santos should be focusing on crimes that actually impact those around them, for too long have shootings, house robberies, muggings, vehicle thefts been plaguing this city. It's time for that time change.

There are many areas where crime is high in Los Santos. It's time we fought against it for the greater good of the community within the city.
Neighbouring agencies have been known to appear in crime through corruption. No one should ever have to question whether the police department is a safe place to report a crime or risk being taken advantage of by a Governemnt Employee. One of my main goals is to ensure corruption stays outside the LSPD.
Work with other Law Enforcement Agencies in high traffic density areas where traffic offenses occur the most and help educate drivers on their errors and if nessasary provide tickets to those committing mass offenses, such as habitual offenders. First we educate, then we citate
I feel starting a program for the LSPD on de-escalation techniques is nessasary to avoid accidental shooting and unessasary use of force. Having better procedures put in place to allow police to have the resources required for them to furfil their role both in terms of equipemnt and knowledge is absolutely nessasary.
